Neon Bay 3D: Free Open World Action Game
Rico is back in Neon Bay, a sunset beach city of pastel towers, palm-lined streets and neon signs. The Viper gang is squeezing his cousin's garage and every shop on the strip. Steal cars, take on the gang across six story missions, then roam the whole city freely. Neon Bay 3D runs in your browser on PC, Chromebook and phones.

Tips & strategy
Use cover
Gang members miss more when you move. Strafe between containers at the docks instead of standing still.
Aim for the head
Headshots do more than double damage. Right click (or hold FIRE on phones) to steady your aim.
A car is armour
Inside a car you take less than half damage, and driving into a Viper ends the fight.
Find the briefcases
Twelve briefcases are hidden around the city. They show on the radar when you get close.
An open world game that runs in a browser
Neon Bay streams nothing: the whole city, its traffic, people and lighting are generated on your device, so it starts in seconds with no download. Cars, people and the gang are all drawn with instancing so it stays smooth on mid-range phones.
Story, cars and free roam
The story takes about 20 minutes. After that the whole bay stays open for free roam, with traffic, people on the sidewalks and hidden briefcases to find.
